Please reach out with as many details as possible so that I can understand what it is you are looking for. I love working on new projects and would love to collaborate!

 

How far in advance should I order?

The sooner the better!
For pieces that require a high quantity of detailed information such as guest names, production takes a little longer. Any orders that require these details will have a space to provide an email address for me to contact you on within the listing. I will send across forms to complete with the details I need. The sooner you can return these to me, the sooner I can get your order underway.
Please ensure this is email address that you have easy access to and check regularly as I will reach out to you through this should I need to ask any questions along the way.
 
 

How long will it take to receive my items?

All listings indicate an estimated delivery time. Please note that I cannot account for any postal strikes or backlogs in delivery services.

90% of my designs have a 3-5 working day processing time. After this, they will dispatch through Royal Mail or an alternative courier First Class.
For larger items or for those with lots of details, a 5-10 working day processing time is applicable. After this, they will dispatch through Royal Mail or an alternative courier First Class.
 
 

I've left it a little late and need my order ASAP. Are you able to send it any quicker?

Please send me a message should you find yourself needing your order quicker than the timescales set out above and in the listing. I will always help if I can, however as each item is made to order, I cannot guarantee this service.
